Welcome to Rimrock Lake Resort. By booking a reservation or staying at the resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Reservations & Payments

Reservations may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Rates, minimum stays, and availability may vary by season, site type, or accommodation. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and refund policies vary by season and reservation type and are provided at the time of booking. No refunds are issued for early departures, unused nights, or weather-related conditions.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided with your reservation confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability and may include additional fees.

Resort Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect quiet hours and fellow guests

• Keep their site or cabin clean and orderly

• Supervise children and pets at all times

• Follow posted rules and staff instructions

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

Pets

Rimrock Lake Resort is pet-friendly. Pets must be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Aggressive or disruptive pets may result in removal from the resort.

Campfires & Fire Safety

Campfires are subject to local fire restrictions and seasonal conditions. Guests must follow all posted fire rules and use designated fire areas only. Fires must never be left unattended.

Boat Launch & Moorage

Use of the boat launch and moorage is at the guest’s own risk. Guests are responsible for securing their boats and equipment and must follow all state and local boating regulations. The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Winter & Seasonal Conditions

Weather and seasonal conditions may affect access, amenities, or road conditions. Guests are responsible for appropriate vehicles and equipment during winter months. No refunds are issued due to weather beyond the resort’s control.

Wi-Fi & Utilities

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort but is not guaranteed due to location or demand. Enhanced high-speed Wi-Fi may be available for an additional fee. Utility interruptions may occur and are outside the resort’s control.

Liability

Outdoor recreation involves inherent risks. Rimrock Lake Resort is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss or damage to personal property during your stay.

Right to Refuse Service

Rimrock Lake Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating resort rules or behaving in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive.
