What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus a flat administrative fee
• Cancellations made 14–29 days prior receive a 50% refund, minus the administrative fee
• Cancellations within 13 days of arrival, no-shows, and early departures are non-refundable
• Holiday and special-period reservations follow stricter terms
• When accommodations are successfully rebooked, a limited camp credit may be extended at management’s discretion
